With over 20 years’ experience in performance and education, Amy offers expert acting coaching for teens and adults who want to develop confidence, craft and a strong professional presence.

Having trained at Bretton Hall College, with a PGCE from Institute of Education and a Masters in Applied Theatre from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Amy blends rigorous actor training with a deep understanding of how people learn. Her industry insight is strengthened by her experience as an Agent and as part of the casting team for The Bill and Murder Investigation Team.

Amy taught 'Acting in Musical Theatre' at The BRIT School and now runs the BA Performing Arts Programme at Nottingham College. She is also an Associate Artist with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain and part of the Participation team at Nottingham Playhouse.

Having directed over 40 productions, from absurdist drama to full-scale musicals, Amy’s approach focuses on developing the “thinking actor” — confident, creative and ensemble-aware. Whether you’re preparing for auditions, building performance technique, or strengthening presentation and public speaking skills, Amy provides practical, personalised coaching that helps you find your voice and step into the room with clarity and confidence.
